ECP, Bretons, over to Hornchurch Country Park, 1 x reverse lap of Spitfire Scramble, plus a bit more, Bretons, ECP
Went out mid-afternoon. Did reverse Spitfire loop which felt quite weird but I couldn't face doing it the usual way round. Feet quite tired & I felt pretty worn out by the end of the run.
