Sunny but cold again. Early run to avoid busier time of day. Ran along the outside of the park on the road for a bit today as a bit of a change. In the country park some of the areas I ran in were very rutted and or boggy/ waterlogged. Got very muddy. Was pretty slow today but couldn't have gone faster. Enjoyed the time out and time to appreciate just how lucky I am.
