Really enjoyable run in the Suffolk countryside and around the outside of Nowton Park. Mild and overcast with some drizzle - perfect running conditions. Made me really appreciate my BSE connections. Nice to get out early - hearing the birds sing etc. I wasn't at all speedy but it got the job done.
