Very warm, warm breeze.
After coming back from Northampton. Waited till the evening to run so it was less hot - able to run in shade but still hot.. Inside of my knee feeling a bit off. Found it really hard work & not able to breathe. Felt quite distressed after for about 10 mins - so overheated.
