Ran felt pretty decent. Yay shorts and a tshirt.
Was a little tired going up, but that might be cuz I was actually going fairly quick, especially on the bottom. I hit the top in just under 62. Was making good time on the way down but was a bit tired.
At about a mile to go, my hammy complained. I stopped. stretched it out, a sec, and started. Same complaint. I shut it down and walked back. No bad step or anything. It just was unhappy. :-(
