Notes

20 incline, 6 resistance. 30 minutes. ended up 3.62 miles.

Tried the hammy at lunch. It was kinda ok at the very start, but as soon as I hit a down hill it was a no. It didn't hurt a ton but I could tell there was a strong chance it would get worse. So, did the elliptical instead. Should do the same tomorrow.
