If I can get myself out of bed at 4:45 on Tuesdays, things go smoothly. I'm able to get a short run in before my work day starts at 6:30. I have yet to get into a habit of doing this consistently on Tuesdays. Can this be the start of a new pattern? Maybe.
Just hopped on the 'mill for an easy 4. Maybe had time for 5mi, but didn't want to push it. Listened to the Bill Simmons Podcast w Cousin Sal. Always a good treadmill listen.
