This may actually be longer than 10, don't feel like measuring it though. Did a 2mi warm up before starting into the fartlek sections. Avoided paying attention to mile markers and pace. Just ran hard and made myself really tired. 12min up, 5:30down, 6up, 3down, 5up, 4down, 5up. Cool down. ITB hurt when I was going really slow on the cool down. Besides that there were no problems. Fitness felt a lot better than last week. Don't know any mile splits though so maybe I'm foolin' myself.
