Notes
Did about 2.5 miles of warm up before using the bathroom and stretching out for a minute. I then did intervals through an industrial park by my house. I think that the straightaways I was running are about 1/4 mile long and then the jog from block to block was 200m. I then did a little over a mile for a cool down back to my house. Just fit this run in during my lunch break.
