40 degrees, 20mph winds, steady rain. Yet I enjoyed this run. Anybody can run on 65 degree sunny afternoons. Squeezing a run in today takes discipline. Admittedly, I didn't do a whole ton. Originally thought I was going to do hills but rain+cold+hills=Achilles tendonitis So I just did a loop and kept building the whole time.
