Only had an hour for the whole workout so I made the best of it. 1mi warm up and 1mi cool down. Point to point fartlek for the middle 7miles. Probably averaged about 6:10pace for that segment but wasn't paying attention to mile splits. Felt good to get going faster than I normally would for a longer workout.
