Missed my alarm to go meet the guys at NCC but still got out the door around 545 for a run of my own. Did a 2 mile warm up out to Blackwell's trail head and stretched for a minute or two. Then I started my fartlek. Did the 1.5 mile cool down from the intersection of the prairie path and Batavia Ave back to my house.
