Solid Sunday afternoon run. Headed over to the SRC to get a run in on the treadmill and enjoy the first half of the Texans-Patriots game. I really don't want the treadmill to be my default for winter but I can't deny the fact that you open up much better on a treadmill than you do in 20 degree weather.
