Got beat by the alarm and only had a little bit of time for a run. Bad two day combo - planned on running after work yesterday but didn't get off until much later than anticipated. Oh well. Still managed to salvage today a bit. Just did 2mi as an easy warm up and then some 150s w 50m jog on the track. Got some good turnover going.
