Didn't time the run. Just ran from the 5 mile mark to the 3 mile mark and back but had to run along Winfield road for a while as I waited for a chance to cross (hence for extra 1/4 mi). Two rainy and cold days = steps backwards in the heeling of nipples after the marathon.
