Solid workout. Nothing too amazing. I guess this is where I am at right now. I find myself reading other guys' logs and thinking that I should be on the same page. I'm not there yet.

A few specific things I learned today: The struggle I had over the last 200m of the 800s shows that I am still in bad anaerobic shape. I will need to do more of these longer repeats in order to have any sort of glue. You can "fake" your way through some solid quarters. You can't do that with 800s.

The 400s showed me that I still have no gears. 75/76 didn't feel that fast but on every single repeat I thought 'this is the one that I'll finally get under 75 on!" But it never was.
