Nice run except for the ice. It's not that everything was icy. It's just that there were numerous hard to spot icy patches, covered over in the light dusting of snow we received. Six different times (not exaggerating) I came incredibly close to spinning out. Kinda surprised none of them actually resulting in a wipe out. Pretty sure I pulled my groin and some other supporting muscles though. It was always one of those really random spastic flares that would have been hilarious to see from a distance. Made me grumble about winter though. Almost certainly hitting up the treadmill tomorrow.
