Notes

Another encouraging run. Did a full hour run that finished on the Wheaton track (controlled 85sec lap). I then stretched out really really well, did some form drills, some strides and jogged back home. Didn't even think about my ITB or sh/ankle most of the run. Only on one section - a long downhill - did my ITB rear its ugly head. Felt a little sluggish/out of shape during the middle part of the run. Considering the fact that I did a workout yesterday, I that's actually pretty good. Tomorrow will be really easy and then hopefully I'll get something a little bit longer in on Friday. The conservative part of me says stick with 90min but another part of me says that if I am healthy I might as well just jump back up to two hours. We'll play it by ear.
