I am glad I was able to get this run in. I skipped out on running first thing in the morning because the roads were in awful shape. I knew it was going to be a crapshoot as to whether or not I'd get a run in the rest of the day though. I only worked until 1:30 but was then taking some friends to the airport. We finally hit the road around 1:30 and traffic wasn't too bad. So I was back by 4 and decided to jump on the treadmill at Jane's place with Jeopardy on. I felt awful the first few minute but opened up nicely and got in a 4 miles while I watched Jeopardy.
