So....running in between classes wont work. You'd think an hour would be enough time to get a recovery run in. But by the time you walk home, change, use the bathroom and get out the door, you really don't have any time before you need to be back and showering in order to leave again. That explains today's mini-run. Not a complete waste of a day. Managed to hit a solid pace even though it's 5 degrees out.
