Didn't run all weekend because I was rather busy and getting out for a 2 mile run is hard to get motivated about. Headed out today that and felt okay and the start. Stopped and stretched at a mile and then turned around. I was tight but it wasn't too bad. I think, as I've said before, I need to just starting running again to give me better opportunities to open up and stretch out. Interesting note; hit mile mark at exactly 7:04. Total time was 14:08
