Was pretty sore/tired from a long day at work yesterday. I was on my feet for all but about 30-40min between 1030am and 10pm. Still wanted today to be my first day back though. So I rolled out and stretched out and hit the road. Felt fine at first but started feeling the ITB right about a mile in. It never got to bad but I kept the run short. I think I might try running a few days in a row to see if that helps or hurts. I think consistent running of just a few miles might help it heal faster.
