I planned on running more than twice while in Kansas. Oh well. Last week was a bust in terms of running. Zero regrets though. I'd rather have played an extra game of "Pirate Hide and Go Seek" with my nephew than have gotten a few extra miles in. It's good to be back home though. Looking forward to getting back into a normal schedule.
