Super long and tiring day at work yesterday. Therefore my legs just felt awful at the start of this run. Went through 2miles at 15:30 to start the run. Ended up opening up nicely over the last 2miles though. My goal was to run for 33 minutes and 33 seconds to ring in the new year (33:33 = 2013 seconds). Dorky, I know. But helpful motivation for getting up after a long day at work (and before having to do it again). Feel like I am coming down with something. Mixed feelings about this weekend's alumni mile.

Doing a bunch of back logging today. I haven't even turned on my computer in over a week. It's delightful to have been away for a while.
