Took a couple of days off to let my left IT Band heal. Didn't feel 100% on this run but it definitely felt better. I am going to start back into it. Past experience with ITBS tells me that complete rest is often no more helpful then simply being active with icing/stretching/strengthening while still running. I'll be smart but I'm also not going to be overly cautious. It'll be a balancing act. Hopefully a week from now this will all be behind me.
