Overall this was a great workout in my trainers. 2min rest after 800s and 1:30rest after 400s. That is a longer rest than I usually give myself on track workouts and I think it really made the workout. Hot day but still enjoyed the workout. I would even go so far as to call it fun. Hopefully will get 2 more workouts like this in next week.
