Building easy run for a warm-up before my workout. Legs felt a lot better than yesterday. Glad I put off the workout an extra day. I could still feel some awkward tightness in my right hammy and ITB. I was really to pull the plug on the workout if they got too bad but part of me thought that the workout might actually help to open them up. That ended up being the case. After I finished my warm up I went to go stretch out on the steeple barrier but could hardly lift my leg up to stretch on it. That's never been a problem for me before. Once the workout got going the tightness went away.
