Meh run. Not sure how to describe it, I just didn't feel very good. Kinda sluggish and flat. There have been a couple of Mondays in a row that have been like this though, so I guess I shouldn't assume that it means this is how the rest of the week will be. Just not how I want to feel a few days before the race.
