Easy building morning run. Finished w/ a quarter on the track to open up (controlled 1:25) and then some strides. Felt a lot better after today than yesterday.

PS - Race day cannot get here soon enough. I hate tapering. I go insane. Over the past two days I have convinced myself that I am going to struggle to break three and also convinced myself that sub 2:40 is in the bag. I just want to get running.
