Notes

Did not feel nearly as bad as yesterday. Stomach was under control. But still not 100% Started with a nice building tempo warm up (~7 miles in 40:xx) followed by 6 blackwells (up the gravel, up the grass, up the grave, up the grass, etc.) which really allowed me by me challenged mentally. Blackwell allows you to explore and develop the mental side of running in ways that very little else can. I followed the hills up with a few pick ups for 3-5 min in length and then went straight into a cool down back to my house.
