Great workout. 60 sec rest. Clearly I have no turnover right now. Encouraged by the progress I've made since just a few weeks ago when I felt like I was in terrible shape. I don't remember exactly what day it was, but I know that at some point in early January I wrote a mopey entry about being out of shape and feeling like a bum. That seems like a long time ago now. I have a lot of confidence and completely expect improvements to keep on coming. Sub 16 for 3mi by the end of February will take some work, but I think it's within reach.
