Short Saturday AM workout. 2 miles that didn't feel too good for a warm up (stomach wished I hadn't stuffed myself with apple crisp last night) but I forced my way into a bit of a fartlek. Only 4 pick ups, but they were all 1/2mi or longer. Then a super easy 1.25mi cool down. Nothing incredible, just a chance to bust the rust of the anaerobic system which I haven't really used in a few weeks. Hoping to make this normal throughout the winter.
