Easy building run out and back on the path. Loved the 70 degree weather. So much easier to open up when it's warm out like this. Finished with some form drills and strides on the Wheaton track afterward. Ran into Randall Babb (JJ's younger brother) and was able to talk to him for a little bit afterward. He was getting ready to do 16-20x200 with 200m jog rest. Got to congratulate him on being D1 National Champ in the DMR. Crazy.
