Good building run. IT Bands were pretty much fine. Right shin/ankle was still hurting but it didn't affect my running. Body is wanting to go hard or long. Really hammered (but felt good doing it) the last 2mi of the run. Did some form drills and karaoke drills (hoping those help lateral strength and flexibility)
