This wasn't actually a workout. But I thought it was worth logging all the trips up and down the dunes I took on Saturday afternoon. Walking up them felt like running Blackwell. Coming down I was probably running 18.5 for the 200m. Great times. I was super duper pooped by the end of the day though.
