This was actually a mini track workout but I'll just mark it as a fartlek b/c I'm embarrassed by the times.

Very busy day. I didn't think I was going to get a workout in at all. After reading about Andy and Paul's run this morning I decided that, if I want to have any chance of being in their league this spring, I needed to get a workout in. But I only had 30min max to get it in. 1.5mi warm up in 10:30. A few quick strides and form drills. 2x800 (2:36, 2:41), 2x400 (1:19, 1:19). Was actually supposed to be 4x800 but I just died on the third one and cut it down to 4x400 but those went so terrible that I only did two of them. 1/2 mi cool down.

Better than nothing. But definitely a reminder that getting in decent anaerobic shape wont come easy.
