I was on my own this morning but it was still a great run. The weather was fantastic. I started out by doing the four lakes loop and then looped around the neighborhoods morning run goes through until I caught up with the team. Finished the last 2 miles of MR with them before finishing with Jesus. Feels good to get an actual long run in again. I'll be on vacation this weekend and didn't want to do my long run for the week on country roads in the middle of Michigan.
