Spending the weekend at Higgins Lake in Michigan with my parents and Jane. They don't believe in plowing up here (seriously, every road except the main highway is just snow and ice) so I have to walk about 300m across snow and ice from the house to the main road so I can do my out and back along the one road.
After work on Thursday my knee was bugging me a bunch. I took some Ibuprofen before I went to bed but still felt it a bit when I first got up so I decided to take a day off (a common theme this month...seriously, enough with the injuries). We spent the rest of the day in the car which didn't help a ton. I stretched and took more ibuprofen before bed on Friday and now feel fine. I guess 16 milers followed by 10 hour days of work spent pretty much entirely on your feet can cause inflammation. crazy.
