Didn't want to press it at all. Just made sure I could make it past 15min w/o any pain. Used the icyhot stick before heading out the door. Mission Accomplished. Never had any issues. I'll add a bit of distance the next few days. Camping on Sunday-Tuesday. So Hopefully I'll be back in the swing of things by Wednesday. It some ways November seems really really close and I am (super illogically) tempted to start panicking. I'm sure once I get back in the swing of things I'll feel better and more patient w my training.
