Solid 54321 workout with a descending rest of 4min,3,2,1. By the time I got down to 2 and 1 minute it was definitely feeling short. Overall I am really happy with this workout, especially because it was on the coldest morning we've had so far. Obviously would like to get the times for the longer ones down closer to 5:40 (or under) but still, this was good workout. First time doing something hard and longer than 800m in a while.
