Very mediocre run. Headed out after class like I normally do - 1:30pm. For some reason the fact that I didn't each lunch REALLY affected me today. Usually I'm fine as long as I have breakfast and a late morning snack. But today, I got about 3mi in a just felt flat. Managed to trudge through the entire loop but it was not very enjoyable. Downed a bowl of leftover beef stroganoff right when I got home. Yum.
