Easy building 2.5mi. Form drills. Strides. .5mi home. Felt really sore when I woke up due to yesterdays 90min run, full day of work and evening softball game. I have really struggled to open up well the morning after other softball games but I actually started feeling pretty good by the end of the warm up. That's encouraging. Appreciate the fact that the heat wave is starting to break. It was still hot and humid out this morning but the breeze was much cooler and actually quite refreshing. You can tell the weather is shifting. No complaints here. Tomorrow will be another easy day and then hopefully I'll get in 2hrs on Saturday.
