Blackwell

Notes

Blackwell the Wednesday before a marathon has become tradition for me. Seems to work perfectly for opening up my legs. Also, there's something sentimental about blackwell in the late fall. On the way up the hill I found myself thinking about all the guys I had run up this with in the past. Surprisingly emotional workout. Anywhoo...

Started w a ~4mi warm up that built into a really nice tempo pace. Legs were feeling good and didn't take long to get going. Did two grass hills hard. And then jogged a little over two miles back to my car as a cool down.

Looking forward to Saturday. Can't get here soon enough.
