Notes

Look out world! If my anaerobic capacity continues to improve at this rate, I just may find myself competing on the blue track in Charleston over Memorial Day weekend. Seriously though, I am really encouraged by this workout. It was a great day to get onto the track. Not sure how many days like these we'll have throughout December.

I went into this workout determined to keep all my quarters under 75. I did that and then some. My rests in between intervals was pretty generous - 90secs after a 400, 60secs after a 200. But that was perfect for where I am at right now (much more productive than the 100m jog I gave myself earlier in the week). This is definitely something I can build upon. Consistency will allow me to...BREAK ON THROUGH TO THE OTHER SIDE (see event URL).
