Notes

Shortened this workout (7 of 12 projected miles), due to muscle cramps and mental/physical fatigue, compounded by missing key workouts due to work/travel earlier in the week. Good news is that I will be able to repeat this week prior to moving forward, but all "flex" weeks are used up from this point forward. 13 weeks to the goal race. Body is responding well to training, but I need to focus on feeding the beast consistently (even when work dictates otherwise).

Ran indoors @ Maxx due to extremely high heat index values (> 100).
