Easy run on the SRT, cut the hill repeats from today's workout (order of workouts shifted around this week) to accommodate for the 5K on Saturday. Legs still felt sore from yesterday's hard hill sprints, decided to keep legs fresh and give another recovery day.

Distance is accurate, time is approximate (ran without a Garmin due to the rain).
