This felt a lot harder than it should have. I think it was due to a couple factors: 1) drank too much last night (about 6 drinks) 2) this is the fourth day in a row of running.. not sure I've been this consistent in a long time. That's not a brag it's more of a admission of laziness. This weekend I have a 3 miler and a short tempo planned so I need to be locked in.
