First half felt tired and heavy - picked up the 2nd half. L hamstring held up well. Right hip was good, nothing bothering me during run - groin was ok.

Conditions: Really windy today - temp was chilly

Pre-Run: Rolled R and L legs

Post Run: Short Drills and lifted weights in gym
