Ran this 3 miles south of White Shield because there have been 2 different reports of a mountain lion in town within the last couple of weeks, most recently last night. PASS. So I went out of town and ran with a pen in my hand, looking behind my back every few moments. As much as I hate treadmills, I might be stuck running on them whenever I run in White Shield. Ingrid is NOT happy that I ran outside today. But it felt good :)
