Notes

Easy day at the high school. After a lap or so, legs started loosening up, but definitely felt a little zapped after the last few days. 4 good striders after that, then sped home and raced through all of my exercises because I had things to do. Going on a run tomorrow with a new running buddy, and I know he runs a lot slower than me, so we'll see how it goes. I'm gonna take it easy the next few days in preparation for a 14-16 mile trail run this weekend and I'm planning on doing a 20 mile trail run next Saturday. That's my only focus right now, because that's my race-specific training. This year's goal is simply to finish under 4 hours, and next year's goal will be to be in great marathon shape.
